Wireless

Tanya was born and raised in south Alabama but made North Carolina her home in 1998. She and her husband Davis reside in Eastover and own their own home remodeling business. Tanya joined HBC in 1999 as a Construction Coordinator for the Wireless Division and was recently promoted to Project Coordinator. She obtained her Associate in Arts degree from Fayetteville Technical Community College in 2007. Tanya handles all aspects of tower site coordination and scheduling, from estimating to project management. She most enjoys the coordination of large projects that involve multiple sites, such as the Verizon Generator & COW/COLT projects. She also heads up disaster recovery efforts for Verizon Wireless during hurricane season and as needed throughout the year. Tanya is a diehard Auburn fan, a State of Virginia Responsible Land Disturber, a North Carolina Notary Public, and licensed North Carolina REALTOR®.

Nikkis Campbell joined the Wireless Division at HBC, Inc. in 2011 as a Construction Coordinator.  Nikkis currently assists project managers with site coordination, scheduling, and estimating.  She also served 10 years in the United States Army.  In her spare time she is committed to training for marathons and triathlons.

24 years ago, Al relocated his family from FL to NC to start a new career in the wireless industry with Specialty Constructors. At the time he was a tower technician and certified welder. While working through the ranks he has held positions on line and antenna crews, a gin pole guy tower stacking crew, Anritsu certified Sweep Technician, Construction Manager, Project Manager & Operations Manager. He has worked with several carriers through the years on turnkey projects to include Cricket Wireless, Nextel, AT&T, Triton, Carolina Wireless, Bell South, Verizon, T-Mobile & Sprint.  He enjoys the social aspect of the business and getting to meet new people.  He currently holds certifications for Anritsu Site Master line sweep, eRail Safe System, Comtrain, and OSHA. When not at work he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, gardening, and spending time with his family.
