Liz Mckee

Liz Mckee / Contracts & Operations Administrator

Elizabeth has a BA is Psychology with a Minor in Spanish from Kansas State University and an MBA from AIU. She has worked in the renewable energy market for 12 years and specifically in solar for 7 years. Her role at HBC has evolved from assisting with solar operations and accounting to reviewing contracts and ensuring proper legal documentation of projects.
Will Marsh

Will Marsh / Field Engineer

Will is a native of Stedman, NC and a gradute of the Biological and Agriculture Engineering department at North Carolina State University. Will joined HBC in December of 2017. As our field engineer, he is involved in GPS strategies, land development planning, machine control modeling, preconstruction bidding, and topography solutions. Will is a member of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers and Southeast Cement Association.
Victoria Crumpler

Victoria Crumpler / Senior Estimator

Victoria Crumpler is a Stedman, NC native and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She joined HBC in March of 2014 and was brought onto our estimating team in 2015. By focusing on assesing prints, reviewing scopes of work, and having one-on-one conversations with customers, Victoria is able to provide competitive bids in a timely fashion.
Justin Falatovich

Justin Falatovich / Erosion Control Manager

Justin is a native of Clinton, NC. He obtained a degree in Agricultural Business Management and Livestock and Poultry Management from North Carolina State University. Justin joined HBC in May of 2015 as an Erosion Control Crew Leader. Since then he has successfully worked his way up to the Erosion Manager. He now manages our crews of erosion professionals to make sure all sites are in compliance with environmental laws. Justin is a Certified SC Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Inspector, NC Level II Erosion Control/Stormwater Site Manager and VA Responsible Land Disturber.
Tripp Geddie

Tripp Geddie / Civil Manager

Tripp is a native of Eastover, NC. He obtained his associates degree in Agricultural Business from North Carolina State University. Tripp came aboard the HBC team in December 2014, where he utilizes his talents in environmental protection. He directs multiple civil professionals and is in charge of all heavy civil operations. Tripp is a member of the Southeast Cement Association, Certified SC Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Inspector, NC Level II Erosion Control/Stormwater Site Manager and VA Responsible Land Disturber.
Rhett Bunce

Rhett Bunce / Vice President of Solar Estimating

Rhett Bunce has been employed by Horne Brothers Communications for over 5 years. At Horne Brothers, Rhett is directly responsible for all Request for Proposal on the Solar Division. Working with a team of pricing experienced personnel, Rhett facilitates quotes throughout the division to ensure competitive quotes and effective communication is achieved. Rhett graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and in 2018, became a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer.
Nick Hancock

Nick Hancock / Vice President of Solar Operations

As a graduate of East Carolina University, Nick obtained a BS in Construction Management and a Minor in Business. Nick, his wife Melissa, and daughter Kendal reside in Stedman, NC. He has been an HBC asset since 2012. Nick sustains crew schedules, sets overall company objectives, and optimizes crew efficiency based on specialty. Nick is a member of the National Association of State Contractors.
Tom Kosto

Tom Kosto / Executive Vice President of Solar

Tom has worked in management for more than twenty years with a diverse background in construction and sales management. Tom’s expertise ranges from managing large wind farms to small residential solar jobs. He has overseen projects ranging in size from a 262 MW solar field down to a 15 KW rooftop solar project. Tom is dedicated to providing unparalled customer service in our Solar Division through his knowledge, experience and ability to manage any project to a successful completion.
