Tom has worked in management for more than twenty years with a diverse background in construction and sales management. He has managed projects ranging in size from a 103 MW wind farm to a 15KW rooftop solar project. Tom is dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service through his knowledge, experience and ability to manage any project to a successful completion.
Victoria Crumpler is a Stedman, NC native and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She joined HBC in March of 2014 and was brought onto our estimating team in 2015. By focusing on assessing prints, reviewing scopes of work, and having one-on-one conversations with customers, Victoria is able to provide competitive bids in a timely fashion
As a graduate of East Carolina University, Nick obtained a BS in Construction Management and a Minor in Business.
Nick, his wife Melissa, and daughter Kendal reside in Stedman, NC. He has been an HBC asset since 2012. Nick sustains crew schedules, sets overall company objectives, and optimizes crew efficiency based on specialty.
Tripp is a native of Eastover, NC. He obtained his associates degree in agricultural Business from North Carolina State University.
Tripp came aboard the HBC team in December 2014, where he utilizes his talents in environmental protection. He directs several specialized crews of agricultural professionals, and is in charge of erosion control and environmental sustainability.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, Rhett joined HBC in august of 2013.
He and his wife ashley reside in Stedman, NC. As the director of Fleet Operations at HBC, Rhett is responsible for logistics and transportation of fleet and equipment to and from the construction sites.
After twenty years of service, Andy retired from the U.S. Army as a First Sergeant. He worked as a Quality Control Manager, Project Manager and an Operations Manager for two General Contractors with multiple Government Contracts. He joined HBC in September, 2015 as the Civil Manager.
Leah graduated as a student-athlete with a BS in Biological Sciences from NC State University. As a business developer, she has focused on cultivating and nurturing lasting relationships between clients. Leah is the Push/Pull testing manager responsible for connecting with customers, quoting and scheduling of projects, and reporting data.
As the Fleet Manager, Mike tracks construction equipment to include hours of operation, as well as, location through the use of GPS and manual tracking systems. Fleet management must work in conjunction with the HBC’s maintenance shop to coordinate and schedule the servicing and repair of the equipment. Cost analysis charts are developed to understand operating expenses for each job site
Tim joined HBC in April, 2016 with twenty years of experience in Environmental Safety and Health. He graduated from George Washington University with a Masters in Project Management. Tim holds several certifications in safety and health and was an OSHa Compliance Officer with the State of North Carolina for nine years.
