Al Hand

24 years ago, Al relocated his family from FL to NC to start a new career in the wireless industry with Specialty Constructors. At the time he was a tower technician and certified welder. While working through the ranks he has held positions on line and antenna crews, a gin pole guy tower stacking crew, Anritsu certified Sweep Technician, Construction Manager, Project Manager & Operations Manager. He has worked with several carriers through the years on turnkey projects to include Cricket Wireless, Nextel, AT&T, Triton, Carolina Wireless, Bell South, Verizon, T-Mobile & Sprint.  He enjoys the social aspect of the business and getting to meet new people.  He currently holds certifications for Anritsu Site Master line sweep, eRail Safe System, Comtrain, and OSHA. When not at work he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, gardening, and spending time with his family.
