It is our commitment to provide a safe, accident‐free, and healthy work environment for everyone. However, excellent safety and health conditions do not occur by chance. They are the result of training, diligent work and careful attention to all policies by everyone in Horne Brothers Construction.
Our safety and health programs have been developed to assure Horne Brothers Construction complies with federal, state, and local regulations to meet any occupational safety and health rules and regulations that apply to any states where we operate.
Safety demands cooperation on everyone’s part. Thus, it is important that communication be kept open at all times between management and employees. Workers who notice hazards or other safety problems, or feel that they need additional training, must
notify their supervisor/superintendent. Supervisors and management must address these concerns and take corrective action when warranted.
Everyone is provided or has access to HBC’s Safety Manual and is obligated to be knowledgeable of the standards applicable to their area or job, and just as important, to abide by them. Supervisors/superintendents must instill a positive attitude and safety awareness in their subordinates through personal adherence, contact, training, and regular safety meetings. It is the duty of all HBC Construction employees to perform their work with maximum regard for safety of themselves and others.
Our safety policies are based on past experience and current standards, and are also an integral part of HBC Construction policies.
Current customers may request a copy of the HBC Safety Manual by contacting the Safety Department (910) 758-8504 or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us here (http://dev.luckimedia.com/hbcssolar/contact/)
